Shipping Availability: We ship worldwide from Denmark. If your country is not available for shipping, please contact us at info@posuta.art, and we will do our best to assist you.

Processing Time: Order processing may take up to 4 days since all art prints are produced on demand, ensuring their quality and uniqueness.

Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to you with the following options:

Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped using reliable and trusted carriers, specifically GLS and DHL Express.

International Shipping: For customers outside of Denmark, shipping rates will be calculated during the checkout process. These rates may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

Frames: For frames measuring 70x100 cm, please note that the "glass" used is plexiglass, while the rest of the frame features real glass. We do not ship frames to countries outside the EU

VAT & TAX:  Kindly be aware that your country's domestic VAT and tax regulations will apply to your order.

Shipping procedure: In the event that you do not collect your order within the timeframe specified in the text message or email notification sent to you from the collection point, a new delivery fee will be incurred for the reshipment of posters and framed items.

We kindly request that you verify the accuracy of your mobile number when placing your order to ensure timely shipment notifications to your mobile device.

Returns
Should you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@posuta.art with your order number and provide details of the items you intend to return.

Here are the key steps for processing returns:

Once we receive the product(s in the same condition as originally dispatched, the refunded amount will be credited to your account.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and it is imperative that the product reaches us in good condition.
